The Service Platform team in Windows Phone Services organization is looking for an energetic Senior Test Lead to expand our engineering leadership team. This is a great opportunity to get in and help shape the next version of windows Phone Services.
This is a great opportunity for a strong test leader to lead a strong team of SDETs, develop and grow individuals, build strong cross-team relationships, and participate in the strategic discussion of what the next generation of the WP Services will become. This leader is also responsible for the quality of critical components of Windows Phone Services, and drive technical innovations and improvements to testing methodologies and impact overall engineering excellence and agility.

Qualification includes:
Core Skills:
- BS/MS in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide passionate SDETs
- Solid understanding of software quality assurance and processes
- Proven ability to lead teams and grow people
- Strong desire to join and influence a sustainable, high-performance test culture
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- 5+ years of development or test in shipping products
- Previous experience as a test lead
- Strong C/C++/C# programming background
- Strong development and design skills with a proven track record
